  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Developmental Psychology focusing on Youth and Community Psychology, from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS)
  • Attended Sekolah Kebangsaan Karakit (Banggi) for primary education, and SMK Banggi for secondary schooling
  • Previous Office: Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly for Banggi since May 2018.
  • Current Office: Member of Sabah State Legislative Assembly (N01/Banggi/P167 Kudat)
  • Served on WARISAN’s Supreme Council (2021–24).
  • Currently Divisional Chairman for Banggi (N01) of Parti Gagasan Rakyat Sabah (GAGASAN), part of the GRS coalition

Fire and Safety Infrastructure in Pulau Banggi

  • Urged the state government to deliver promised water treatment projects, noting chronic water shortages.

Banggi District Upgrade Study (Jun 2025)

Mohammad participated in the presentation of a feasibility study for upgrading Banggi from a sub-district to a full district, which aimed to decentralize administration, enhance service delivery, and unlock the region’s development potential as part of the Kudat–Banggi–Palawan economic corridor.
